I AM
I’m Doriana — a Yoga and Meditation teacher, Mindfulness coach, and above all, a seeker of balance and well-being.
I guide people who are ready to reconnect with themselves through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. My sessions are designed to create a space of pause, self-discovery, and transformation through compassion and presence, using proven techniques.
For a long time, I felt lost and confused. Nothing seemed to have purpose. Anxiety took over, and my nervous system was completely out of balance. Through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, I learned to truly listen to myself and stop ignoring what my body and heart were trying to tell me. Today, I dedicate my life to sharing the practices that helped me — and continue to transform me every day.
