Yin Yoga Class with Pranayama and Meditation In Yin Yoga, postures are held for up to 10 minutes to access the deeper tissues of the body, enhancing its self-healing capacity. This practice stimulates the production of collagen and other proteins, releases accumulated tensions, and contributes to the regulation of the nervous system, promoting a state of calm and balance. My goal as a Yin Yoga teacher is to provide my students with a space where they can allow themselves to heal, create an inner space of calm and stillness, and share truly powerful self-care tools that can be applied both in class and in daily life. ⏳ Duration: 90 minutes
